Hop2o is a Refreshingly Unique, artisanal soda founded
at Spring Hill Hops Farm, Lebanon Springs, NY in the winter of 2015. 
Hop2o has medicinal attributes, both from the hops themselves,
as well as mineral spring water high in calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium.
The hops extract is distilled from whole cone Nugget and
Cascade hops grown locally here in
Lebanon Springs, NY. The enzymes in hops have an
array of beneficial properties, and are especially
useful for restlessness and anxiety, as hops are a
mild sedative. They also reduce inflammation, aid digestion,
counteract neuron degeneration,
and contain anti-oxidant properties.*

Hop2o's flavor profile has an initial
blast of citrus followed by a dry pine finish. This
non-alcoholic ·drink can be enjoyed any time of
day or night, makes an excellent palate cleanser,
and can be mixed into unique cocktails with any clear liquor.
